gosh, i haven't bought presents for my friends yet...
and my school bag and ONE sec 5 maths t/b...
kinda pathetic that we only need to buy one book for sec 5..
yay! 3more days and school reopens!!! i cant wait!!
hopefully, 2009 will be more unexpected surprises.. in a good way of course..

hmm... it's 6.40am, monday morning...
no, i didn't just woke up.. i didn't even sleep..
haha.. (: i was on the phone the whole night...
and again, no, i wasn't talking to darling.. although i wished i had.
was messaging evelyn until about 1+am.. then i received a call from junpeng.. -.-
golly.. then since he called, [ although for no reason ] we talked to 2.3oam..
then i wasn't tired yet, so i called evelyn and we talked till about 6.30am.. (:
time passed really fast though... 2.30am soon became 3.30am then 4.15am then 5.15am then 6am then 6.30am... hmm... feeling kinda of sleepy now... [ yawn ]
hmm... gonna try to stay awake.. (:

today is the last sunday of 2008!!
so... some people i ought to thank..
first : evelyn & munyee.. well.. i wanna thank them for standing by me all this time.. (: wanna thank them for their excellent judgement of characters.. (:
secondly : junpeng, don & jon.. these guys are really those who makes me laugh till my sides hurt.. and of course a good venting machine.. (: thanks guys!!!
thirdly : jasmine ang!! thank you so much for not ignoring me when i'm the most annoying person!! with all those countdowns from the days to the hours to the minutes and probably to the seconds... you still didnt ignore me.. (: and i also wanna thank you for your surprisingly good relationship advice and "words of wisdom" haha (:
and lastly : not because this person is the one whom i thank the least thats y i put him last.. it's because i wanna thank him a lot a lot!!! he has been there for me since the dawn of time [ exaggerated ] but he as been there for me.. just came back from school!!
the atmosphere was so tense!!
everybody was waiting for the announcement for the releasing of results..
first a powerpoint presentation.. only 48 out of 100 people got promoted up to sec 5..
27 people are eligible to repeat sec 4 or go to ITE and the remaining 25 goes to ITE..
so... everyone gathered in their classes and waited for the teacher to call out their name..
and as the teacher called out my name i was shaking.. so afraid that i might not make it..
but i saw! i saw my report slip!! remarks: promoted
i started screaming!!! i was so happy/elated!! oh my gosh!!
quite satisfied with my results though.. (:

haha.. initially i wasnt so scared about tomorrows N lvl results..
but now.. i'm alittle more scared..
i'm thinking that my points would range from 7 to 11..!!
and if i get 10 i'll rather get promoted to sec 5, cos' i rather repeat sec 5 than 4..
next year's sec 4 gotta get 19pts for 5subs..
but then again.. retaining has got its pros and cons.. (:

i dont feel like messaging or calling anyone today.. so i just hope nobody would message or call me today..
in a relatively bad mood.. it's like any second now i could just shout at anyone then break down..

just came home from Juniors' camp!
darn it was fun!!
i was in-charge of games.. and i've definitely learn a lot of things.. now i know why the guides camp is a total screw up!!
hmm... was there since sunday.. a day earlier than the campers..
[ sunday ]
pre-camp preps..
had lunch at about 2+pm.. we went to the 2nd market.. we had western cuisine! mm.. mamamiya!!
headed back to church and continued preparing games..
had our dinner at almost 9pm..
slept at 1am... and woke up at 7am monday morning.
[ monday ]
campers started coming in at 9am..
Sarah came with her parents and her dog!! [ kawaii!! ]
then followed by the others..
we started off with introductions.. then ice-breaker games
[ ** got game plans for guides aldy.. :) ]
after ice-breaker games we had nasi lemak for lunch... (: sedup!
after lunch was more games planned out..
this year's games team was all new to it.. so we were kind of blur & lost..
but we eventually got it over with it..
dinner was PIZZA!! haha [ sounds like a resort huh.. ]
games team used about 3 hours coming up with our tuesday's night game...
at about 9.45pm we went down to west coast park to check out the place.. (:
headed back to church and found prata on the table!! wah!! haha
lights out at 1am again.. woke up at 6am on tues morning..
[ tuesday ]
breakfast.......devotion...bible classes.. [ for the campers. ]
2 games before lunch!!
had chicken rice for lunch! hao chi!! (:
games team ended earlier to set up our next game which was from 1pm-3pm..
from 3pm-5.45pm was skit preparation...
at 6pm, games team headed down to macs west coast to check out our area for night games..
then we went down to Blue Horizon for our bbq dinner!! [ thank you kelvin!! ]
we started night games at about 10pm.. (: ended at abot 12.35am..
since we missed the last bus we walked to macs and had supper!!
then a 20min walk back to church.. (:
reach church at abot 1.25am.. bathed... finished bating at 2.15am.. and i fell asleep at 3am..
woke up at 7am wednesday morning..
[ wednesday ]
slept during devotion and service.. [ damn tired.. ]
tuesday was like so busy for the games ppl!! and i dare say even more busy than any PA ppl during any school events!!
hmm.. did area cleaning.. then we took our camp t shirts.. took pictures... handed out prizes.. and home sweet home!! (:



why are job vacancies given to foreigners?
why are SINGAPOREANS being retrenched instead of foreign workers?
why isn't the government helping their people?!
i'm not saying that foreigners isnt allowed to find a job in Singapore..
but why is the s'pore govt giving them the priority?
while SINGAPOREANS are jobless.. foreigners are getting jobs..
cut down on the foreigners.. yes! their CHEAP!! but you rather SINGAPOREANS starve?

if my japan trip wasn't postpone i would be leaving this friday.. >.<

Hello! (: one of my favourite things to do now is to write poems/lyrics if you can put a tune to it. I enjoy lazy mornings especially when it's raining. I do things according to my mood, unfortunately, I can't do that for my studies.. I enjoy sitting at a corner and be absorbed in a book, so far I love Anne Of Green Gables and Heidi.
